A pupil who attends a school in Dacre recently a patient  in the hospital had a special ‘Shout out’ on Harrogate Hospital Radio and we had a reply from his school re his progress after leaving hospital

‘Peter has been starting to pop in to school and the staff have had training from a nurse, The staff are more prepared to support his needs.

It’s been so lovely to see how well he is feeling and the first thing he said was ‘thank you for the radio shout out’. His mum had sent us videos of him listening and it really meant a lot to them in those early, difficult days’.
